Patient Safety:
Moving From Concept to Reality
The critical issues of patient safety have received a great deal of attention as of late. Several questions remain, among them: How do we act effectively in the face of uncertainty? How do we move ahead strategically, make gains and sustain them? How can we best implement and sustain given current realities?
